Implementation Specialist
Job Description
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Acumatica ERP for our clients. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and configure solutions to meet their specific business needs.
- Provide training sessions to clients and internal teams on how to use the software effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase, escalating issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for clients.
- Develop deep expertise in Acumatica ERP to effectively communicate the benefits, features, and potential customizations that drive optimal product adoption.
- Track and report on the progress of implementation projects, identifying risks and issues that could impact timelines or success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to stay current with product developments and industry best practices.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in implementing ERP software, with a preference for candidates with Acumatica ERP experience.
- Previous experience working as Controller for a small to mid-sized company.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts, including databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
