Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales process.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pain points.
- Alongside an experienced solution engineer, present Acumatica ERP solutions to prospects, demonstrating their value.
- Work closely with senior account executives and leadership to develop sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Drive sales cycles from initial engagement to close, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain CRM records and track key sales metrics.
Prerequisites
- 3-4 years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, or inside sales—preferably in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software.
- A strong desire to transition into full-cycle sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or cloud technology solutions (Acumatica experience is a plus!).
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
