We’re looking for an Associate Sales Account Executive ready to take the next step in their career—transitioning from sales development to full-cycle ERP sales. If you have experience qualifying leads and booking meetings and now want to close deals and build relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pain points.
  • Alongside an experienced solution engineer, present Acumatica ERP solutions to prospects, demonstrating their value.
  • Work closely with senior account executives and leadership to develop sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial engagement to close, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Maintain CRM records and track key sales metrics.

Prerequisites

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, or inside sales—preferably in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software.
  • A strong desire to transition into full-cycle sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or cloud technology solutions (Acumatica experience is a plus!).
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
